Hope for the Future Artists Unite at the 10Hr Art Gallery June 26th Carlsbad CA

June 8, 2012 - PRLog -- The 10Hr Art gallery is a pop up gallery that will occupy an empty business space and is graciously sponsored by the Village Faires’ management, SIMA.  It will host 10 very talented local artists, for 5 days, between; June 26th to June 30th.

The area artists will unite in support of two very special North County organizations that provide a wonderful service to underserved communities using art programs as communication mechanisms.  All the artists will bring a spectacular variety of art, paintings, photography, jewelry and 3D artworks into the 10Hr Art Gallery and the exhibit will provide a very special glimpse into the world of artists who share in the vision of “hope for the future”. “

The youth and adult art participants, of TERI’ (Training, Education & Research Institute), Center for the Arts & Adult Education serves adults with autism and other intellectual disabilities and The Stardust Arts, a non-profit organization, recognized by the California State Assembly, provides underserved youth with an art education.  The united exhibit will prove to be  very educational and enlightening for the public.

“It is so exciting to share in the experience and understanding of just how dynamic and important art can affect the lives of everyone”, stated Cheryl Ehlers, Art Director for the 10Hr Art Gallery. “We are honored to share, in part, with such a wonderful organization as TERI, and support community awareness in every manner possible.”

This is a must see for the week of June 26th through June 30th.  The 10Hr Art Gallery is located at 300 Carlsbad Village Blvd, Suite 118 in Carlsbad, CA and is nestled next door to Linda’s Gift and across from the Coyote Restaurant and Bar. Gallery hours will be from 1pm-7pm. during the week.

The public is encouraged to visit us and is invited to our art reception on June 28th,  5:30pm – 8:30pm  to coincide with the Carlsbad Village Associations, Thursdays on the Coast monthly event. Local vendors and galleries in the Village of Carlsbad will share receptions and music in a self guided art walking tour, free to the public.
