Christina has more than twelve years of experience within the industry. She has held several positions in global CROs and pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Her expertise includes global outsourcing, project management, global contracting, site contracting, training, process development, and service provider budget development and negotiations as well as financial forecasting, benchmarking, budgeting, variance reporting, procurement, governance committee establishment, strategic leadership, preferred and functional service provider negotiations, service provider relationship management, and business auditing. Prior to founding Armonia Clinical Research LLC, she served  as    associate director of clinical contracts and outsourcing for Fibrogen Inc., associate director of clinical contracts management for Threshold Pharmaceuticals, manager of clinical vendor contracts for PDL BioPharma, contracts specialist for PPD, senior contracts analyst for Centocor, and contract/financial administrator for Encorium Oy/Ltd. Christina has spoken at several industry conferences that have been hosted by IIR, exl Pharma, CBI, and Leo Group on topics ranging from outsourcing to site contracts. She has served as a member of the 2010, 2011, and 2012 Partnerships in Clinical Trials Advisory Board, conference co-chair of Future of Clinical Trials in September 2012, and is a steering committee member of the Women in Bio San Francisco chapter. Christina is well known and highly regarded within the industry for her dedication and expertise, and credits her success to passion and hard work, qualities equally evident in her level of academic attainment. She pursued and obtained an associate’s degree in business administration from Lansdale School of Business, a paralegal certificate, and a bachelor’s degree in organizational management from Eastern University. Christina complements this extraordinary résumé with an equally commendable philanthropic agenda and donates generously to various foundations that support aids research.
