May 19, 2012 - PRLog -- In speaking of the body, internal is the essence of the external.  Appearance is but a cover of what lies on the inside.  We each have a different cover as does a book we read.  We delight at the words on the inside of a book because they reveal the meaning of the title on the cover.  In terms of the human body, caring for the internal allows the external to shine and display happiness from within.  

The mind controls the body from within.  It’s important to rest the mind in order for a recharge to take place.  The mind is our center of awareness and creation.  Awareness and creation are a storm of activity requiring clarity of thought brought on by a calmness of spirit.  A calm spirit leads to contentment of self.

The self is influenced by internal and external forces which lead to positive and negative behaviors.  Positive behaviors lead to a healthy outlook and stress-free body.  Negative behaviors lead to chaotic events, mind storms, and destruction of the body.

To achieve a positive body, mind, and spirit the need for acceptance is necessary.  We must accept the fact that certain events are beyond our control.  We must not allow ourselves to be controlled by negative events because our BMS is adversely impacted by such chaos.  Chaos is inherently unpredictable.
