“The Pearson IT apprentices seem tohit the ground running. Bradley has filled a role in our existing team and is doing really well. He’s bright and enthusiastic and has added value from day one. He is certainly a credit to the scheme and I would have no hesitation in recommending that others in the IT Support industry consider including apprentices as part of their business plan.”
Bradley says the scheme has provided him with recognised qualification and valuable work experience.
“The difference between this apprenticeship scheme and other work experience schemes is that I am actually able to do a real job. The training has prepared me and I feel like I have something to offer an employer – and that makes a real difference when you’re trying to get a foothold on the employment ladder.”
The scheme is run and administered by Pearson in Practice, one the UK’s leading providers of Apprenticeship training and part of the education company, Pearson.
