Shanghai MTC Industrial Co.,LTD developed a new system to design and build cold roll forming machine,cold roll former which can produce 2 or 3 different profiles on the same machine without changing any rollers or moulds. Those kinds of cold roll forming machine,cold roll former will be running seperately,under seperate controlled cabinets. Different profiles will be produced by the seperate units of rollers which will be assembled on the same basement steel structure.

Shanghai MTC Industrial Co.,LTD received an order for c/u/l and hat steel purlin cold roll forming machine,cold roll former from one of the clients in BOLIVIA of South America who required only 1 machine was allowed in thier current workshop because of the limit spaces,and in the meanwhile the clients asked for no rollers changing or moulds changing in order to save more time,so we were considering how to proudce only 1 machine that can make all these c/u/l and hat purlins without changing any rollers or moulds.

Technically speaking,this kind of roll forming system is available,putting different units of roller stations on the same basement steel structure,but the key problem lies in how to deal with interruptaition,saying one unit roller stations' running impacting the other one. After 2 weeks studing and discussion,our engineer finally agreed to apply a new technology (confidential) to solve the problem and here we have the results. We made a test on May 4th for this cold roll forming machine,cold roll former, and everything looks perfect,so we did it.
