Letke has also held the post of Vice President of Human Resources for a large, Chicago-based software development firm and held other positions in consulting and Human Resource management with several Fortune 500 companies.

She is a member of NAWBO, the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute, a certified DiSC instructor/trainer, and earned a Bachelor’s degree from DePauw University and Master of Business Administration degree from St. Ambrose University. She is also the co-founder of HRReview, LLC.
