Savor a Taste of Spain—in Sonoma—at Arista Winery’s Pinot & Paella

May 3, 2012 - PRLog -- WHAT:  Arista Winery invites you to attend their Fourth Annual Pinot & Paella, which will be held on the winery’s stunning property on Russian River Valley’s famed Westside Road. Renowned paella master, Chef Gerard Nebesky, will pair his famous paellas with the winery’s newest releases. Renowned flamenco guitarist Mark Taylor and Sol de Flamenco dance ensemble will perform for the occasion. Tickets are $65 per person and can be purchased on the winery’s website at www.aristawinery.com.

MORE:  Chef Gerard Nebesky will feature his seafood, chicken and chorizo, and vegetarian paellas at the event, alongside Arista Winery’s 2011 Ferrington Vineyard Gewurztraminer, 2010 Mendocino Ridge/Anderson Valley Pinot Noir, 2010 Bacigalupi Pinot Noir, and 2010 Smokey Ridge Vineyard Zinfandel—a new release for the event.

Arista Winery was founded in 2002 by Al and Janis McWilliams, who bought the 36-acre property on Westside Road. Currently, the winery produces wines both from the family’s Westside Road estate as well as small lot bottlings from growers in Sonoma County, Mendocino Ridge, the Anderson and Willamette Valleys.
