Service Integration Played Key Role in MN Telco’s Choice of New IPTV Middleware Vendor

Klinkhammer adds, “From my position in finance, this move will allow us to do a much better job auditing our video customers in terms of what they are being billed for versus what they actually have in their homes.” Klinkhammer says from an accounting perspective integration with the Innovative products will be a labor advantage for them by eliminating the need to have two different departments doing virtually the same thing.

As an end user, this long time GVTC employee appreciates the benefits of the remote control that allows him to better manage his surround sound television. Klinkhammer states, “I can turn everything on and off with this remote and also control the volume for my surround sound system instead of on the TV, which I couldn’t do before.”
