Michigan-based Mobile Technology Firms Launch ‘Mobilizing for Healthy Community’ Pilot Program
Clarkston-based Mobile Comply and Howell-based Fit Ticket utilize mobile technologies to promote health/wellness programs in Michigan schools and businesses
The two companies are hosting a pilot program called FitComply that enables families, schools and businesses to earn prizes by promoting a healthy lifestyle through the use of mobile technology and community education. The pilot program, which launches on May 21, 2012 in both Livingston and Oakland counties in Michigan, is currently seeking participants. MTAM is providing promotional support for the program.
The Fit Ticket CEO, Heather Kerr states about FitComply, “We know that campaign management tied to loyalty incentives not only stimulates end-users to utilize a mobile device, it also increases new engagement opportunities leading to community awareness and healthy lifestyle achievements.”
