Construction Completed for the Chugh Firm Office Project

April 10, 2012 - PRLog -- International design firm, Ware Malcomb is proud to announce that design and construction are completed for The Chugh Firm's new office building, located at 15925 Carmenita Road in Cerritos, California. The Chugh Firm is a law firm.  

Ware Malcomb provided planning, architecture, and interior design services for this 18,000 square foot build-to-suit. The project included the demolition of an existing two-story building and the construction of a new two-story office building.   The contemporary designed  building features smooth finish, concrete tilt up walls, a beige and pearl white color palette, and decorative red metal canopies.  The interior of the building includes a lobby, open and private offices and a break area.  Ware Malcomb designed this project using Building Information Modeling (BIM).

Ware Malcomb worked with General Contractor, KPRS Construction of Brea, California on this design/build project.
