April 8, 2012 - PRLog -- Washington DC - - The Weems-Botts Museum in Dumfries, VA,  has been rumored to be haunted for years, with reports of  disembodied voices, objects moving, doors opening and closing on their own, and even full body apparitions. This location was recently investigated and the investigation was filmed as one of the episodes of a popular paranormal TV show, “The R.I.P. Files.” The episode includes numerous EVPs (spirit voices), as well as a cameraman’s frightening encounter with a ghostly figure. In a dramatic event, the female investigators on the R.I.P. team are able to help a trapped Civil War era soldier cross over into the spirit world to re-join his family. Amazingly, the team recorded two EVPs from the soldier himself as he went into the light. Watch a sample episode of “The R.I.P.
