April 3, 2012 - PRLog -- Nashville – 04.02.2012 – In what is seen as a huge boon to all Christian filmmakers, the intensely-anticipated Christian movie, ‘Suing the Devil’ will reach over 100 million households this Good Friday.

The film will be available through On Demand through Comcast, AT&T, Time-Warner, Cox, Cablevision, Rogers, Verizon, and ITunes in the U.S. and Canada.

“It’s a miracle,” says a spokesman for RiverRain Distribution. “We survived the hale storm of atheist groups and devil worshippers attacking the film almost 24/7.”

The film will also be available on DVD through Bridgestone Media and Wesscott Marketing – two of the largest Christian distributors in the world.

At a time when only 60% of Christians believe that the devil exists, the film is exposing the devil’s greatest tactic that he doesn’t exist.

Pastors from all denominations are supporting the movie. “We’re praying every Christian in the entire world watches this film,” one pastor says. “It’s one of the most important Christian movies ever made and will change your life forever.”

Anti-Christian comments such as ‘Christian propaganda’, ‘Christian-brainwashing’ ‘Christian idiots’ and ‘Eliminate Christians’ are permeating through the film’s message boards.

One of the atheist groups emailed the producers warning of a ‘mob attack’ on IMDB. Within three days, the film’s rating dropped from a near 7 to a 4 on IMDB, which is the largest film site on the Internet.

‘Suing the Devil’ was also mentioned in the LA Times over the weekend as having over 100,000 illegal downloads on 50 illegal sites.

“It’s one of the most heavily downloaded indie movies ever,” says director Tim Chey, “which is a compliment actually. And I’m glad it spread the Word to so many.”

Suing the Devil, the highly-acclaimed film opened in select theaters nationwide. It had the second highest-grossing average of any independent film in the nation and was the #1 Christian movie in America.

Suing the Devil stars Malcolm McDowell, Rebecca St. James, Corbin Bernsen, Shannen Fields (‘Facing the Giants’), Tom Sizemore, Ros Gentle, and Bart Bronson. Hillsong also participated in the movie shot in Sydney, Australia.

In the film, Luke O’Brien, a washed-up janitor turned night law student, decides to sue Satan (Malcolm McDowell) for $8 trillion dollars. On the last day before Luke files a default judgment, Satan appears to defend himself. On Satan’s legal team are 10 of the country’s best trial lawyers. The entire world watches Legal TV to see who will win the Trial of the Century.
