High School Students Stay Sharp at Oxford Learning’s Austin Summer Study Skills Program

Students entering grades 8 through 12 can stay sharp and improve their learning while school is out by attending Oxford Learning’s Austin summer study skills program.

April 2, 2012 - PRLog -- Oxford Learning is offering an Austin summer study skills program for high school students entering grades 8-12. The program is unique and helps both students who are struggling in school and who need to get ahead in order to achieve top academic results.

Oxford Learning’s summer study skills program is being offered in two locations as a four-week seminar. It is scheduled to take place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30-7:30 on July 9 – August 1 in Austin northwest and July 17 – August 9 in Austin southwest.

High school students who attend the Austin summer study skills programs will learn and discuss essential skills for academic and lifelong success, including: organization, time management, note taking, memory strategies, test taking strategies, project management, test preparation, goal setting and prioritizing.

Oxford Learning Austin Northwest is located at 12034 Research Blvd, Suite 5. Oxford Learning Austin Southwest is located at 4301 W. William Cannon, B-220.
