As of this writing, it still is not known how many thousands of foreclosures are not valid.  In essence, we don’t know how many people were kicked out of their homes by sheriff’s who believed they were upholding the law, but in fact were just as swindled as the judges and homeowners into believing that the bank was the rightful owner and could do so.  We don’t know because those poor innocent victims who were in foreclosure didn’t get securitization audits.
When we say “not valid” we actually mean that homeowners across the nation are losing their homes by wrongful foreclosures being conducted by the banks. A Securitization Audit is an in-depth investigation of the securitization process of a mortgage (layman’s terms – how your home became a stock to be traded on the stock market).  Remember those words – they could just save your home.  Securitization Audit.  This audit can potentially do more to save your home than any other action you can take once the bank has begun a foreclosure.
In this country, there are very precise rules and regulations that have to be followed in order to foreclose on a house/property.  Until recently, judges believed that the lenders were following those rules and were almost always approving foreclosures for the banks.  But all that changed, when word started to spread that the banks had not securitized loans properly.  The demand for securitization audits shot up through the roof!
The banks had actually duped the judges (and thereby became guilty of fraud upon the courts), and had of course lied to the homeowner.  Pure and simple deceit.  The banks told the homeowner and the judge that they were the rightful owner of the loan and property and thus had the right to proceed with the foreclosure. They weren’t.
The Securitization Audit shows what trust a note was put into (sometimes the trust doesn’t even exist anymore).  From this trust, many people could have bought a little piece of the loan.  And the most important thing it shows is that when the loan was put into the trust, the deed was placed into a different company’s hands.  This is what we mean by the note and the deed were separated.
Today’s homeowners are now using securitization audits to show judges, lenders, evictors, sheriffs, etc. that the bank was involved in an intricate game of deceit and greed played out in the court room, at the expense of the homeowner, and in complete disregard for the laws and legal practices of the land.
And homes are being saved because of it.
What’s amazing is that the lender’s attorneys have not been disbarred, or that the lenders have not been tried in the courts by the very judges whom they chose to push their fraudulent documents on.
And why is this important?  Because it is still happening!
Every day hundreds of people are losing their homes to an entity that does not have the legal right to foreclose on them.
If ever there was a need for a grass roots movement, this would be it.  If you know a homeowner who is struggling with his mortgage, then send them this article.  Impress upon them the need to get a Securitization audit.  It could just save their home.  If you know a homeowner who has already lost his home, the war is not over yet.  He too can use a Securitization Audit to save his home.
Not just anybody can do a Securitization Audit, but the good people at Financial Solutions can.  They are one of the leading companies for both forensic loan audits and securitization audits in the industry today.  They will also provide a number of negotiations services to help homeowners save their homes.  In many cases homeowners who have lost their homes can still be helped.
