Luca Levesque releases new project "New Instrument"

Luca Levesque learned how to play piano at the age of 10 in 1995. Initially he played by ear and improvised, but at the age of eleven, his parents enrolled him at the Royal Conservatory of Music for lessons.  Within two years, he managed to excel quickly and completed his Grade 6 piano exam.  Shortly after, he moved into a self-study mode where he wrote his own musical compositions and experimented with different sounds and styles ranging from Classical to Jazz.  He continued his studies at Grant Macewan University in Edmonton Alberta, Canada where he studied Piano Performance and Music Composition. Afterwards he continued his piano performance studies at St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish Nova Scotia.  Upon his return to Edmonton, he added to his musical knowledge by studying Mic placement, live sound engineering, mixing and mastering at Powersound Studios.  This education has given him the ability to understand the ability of each instrument whether it is being used in a symphonic application or adapting this skill to a new form of pop culture music.  

Luca has developed relationships with people in Los Angeles who continually assist him in his production.  Now recognizing its application in this music industry this made a profound and eye opening experience for him.

Luca Levesque is proud to announce the release of his newest project titled “New Instrument”.   His magnificent ability to create musical compositions has brought this work to the forefront of the entertainment industry – all this to the delight of producers and directors of TV, Commercials, Movies and Gaming.  Luca Levesque’s music fits that formula to perfection.
