HBO Includes Wounded Heroes in Charity Drive, Hope For The Warriors® is added to Employee Options

March 26, 2012 - PRLog -- NEW YORK, NY, March 12, 2012 – Each year corporations seek to grow social responsibility as a key to maintaining employee connectedness and  support. HBO® chose to add Hope For The Warriors® this year to their annual charity drive as a way to support the brave men and women who sacrifice on behalf of the nation. Hope For The Warriors® is a national nonprofit organization that assists combat wounded service members, their families, and families of the fallen.

Hope For The Warriors® is a new addition to this year’s option of charities, solidifying the corporation’s dedication to ensure that service member’s sacrifices are not forgotten, nor their needs unmet.

HBO® has been a longtime supporter of Hope For The Warriors® and our military men and women.  Several years ago, Nelson was introduced to the Hope For The Warriors® principals at a New York screening of HBO Film’s Taking Chance, a movie about Lt. Col. Michael Strobl, USMC and his journey to escort the body of PFC Chance Phelps, USMC, who was killed in action in Iraq, back to his family in Wyoming.
