March 9, 2012 - PRLog -- Woodrite garage doors have announced that they have added 8 new designs to add to their already vast collection.

Within the Buckingham range and their new Balmoral and Warwick range now consist of 8 raised and fielded panel door designs.

The new door designs are manufactured on a stunning new piece of equipment that Woodrite have invested in.  A 10 metre long automated machine router which carefully embosses the timber with its design.

Rather than the entire door being dipped once built, each and every board is carefully dipped individually.  The reason for this is so that every board is coated including the edges and the end grain.  Every square millimetre is coated ensuring full protection is given to the door making it last longer.  

The design shown to the left is the stunning new Woodrite Whitchurch door.  The Whitchurch design is available in either a solid-built or panel-built construction and is found within the Woodrite up & over Buckingham range.

Solid built doors are all about the joints.  The door is given more strength and integrity with the mortice and tenon joints found within the deep door rails.
