MOL to Open New Singapore-Yangon Service: “SYX”

New route linking Singapore to Yangon is to be launched by MOL

March 9, 2012 - PRLog -- Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL; President: Koichi Muto) today announced the opening of the new route “SYX” linking Singapore and Yangon starting on March 17.

MOL will offer a twice a week joint service with RCL. The service runs by 3 vessels (T/R 10.5 days) and MOL will provide one ship MV MOL Acclaim.

Yangon, a major market in Myanmar, is positioned for future growth. The SYX route will draw on MOL’s own network to offer wide variety of both inbound and outbound service to meet rising demand in this region.

MOL will meet a broad range of customer needs by continually offering high-quality services to Myanmar’s growing markets.
