He helps SBDC clients develop cash flow, creative ways of raising capital and using untapped sources of lending to turn businesses around. He is a resource for EB5 capital, factoring, purchase order financing, credit card lending, commercial and residential loans, asset-based loans, incubation funding, private equity, probate funding and energy financing. Caputo specializes in assist¬ing SBDC clients with general business issues, productivity and time management. In 2003, she founded a consulting and organizing company that provides productivity coaching and training. Caputo has led training courses on time management, change management, productivity, organiza¬tional outlook and coaching for Employees University in Santa Barbara County, Santa Barbara City College’s Professional Development Center and Adult Education Program. She is the author of The Productivity Puzzle: What’s YOUR Missing Piece? Galuzevski assists SBDC clients with accounting and taxation; business plans; forecasting and feasibility; The SBDC is funded by the SBA and provides professional business assistance at no cost to businesses.
