Ayer, MA Single-family Home Prices Drop, Sales Rise January 2012

April 20, 2012 - PRLog -- The median price of single-family homes in Ayer, Massachusetts decreased in January 2012 while sales increased, according to data analyzed by Buyers Brokers Only LLC, the largest exclusive buyer agent real estate firm in Massachusetts. (http://BuyersBrokersOnly.com)

The median price of single-family homes fell 20.4 percent in January 2012 compared to the previous year, a difference of $60,000.  Single-family home sales in Ayer, MA increased 50 percent in January 2012, a difference of just one sale compared to January 2011.  

The median price of condominiums increased 93.8 percent in January 2012, a difference of $75,000 compared to the previous January. Condominium sales rose 400 percent in January 2012, a difference of four sales compared to January 2011.

There were zero multi-family homes sold in Ayer, MA in January 2012, down from one sale the previous January.
