Maloney is President of Lincolnshire Management, which he joined in 1993. Prior thereto, he practiced merger, acquisition and securities law in New York City. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Boston College and the Board of Trustees of Fordham University. Maloney has lectured extensively and has served as a guest lecturer at several universities including the Columbia University M.B.A. Program. Maloney is a graduate of Boston College (B.A. 1975) and Fordham Law School (J.D. 1979). He is the 2007 recipient of the Richard J. Bennett Memorial Award, presented by Fordham Law School in recognition of corporate leaders with the highest moral standards. Maloney previously served on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the English Speaking Union of the United States and the Board of Trustees of The Tilton School. Maloney has also served on the Board of Directors of several public and numerous private companies. Terrence Mullen Partner Arsenal Capital Partners Terrence M. Mullen, is a Partner and Member of Operating Committee of Arsenal Capital Partners, Inc. He also co-founded the firm. Mullen serves as a Managing Director of Arsenal Capital Partners, L.P. and Arsenal Capital Partners II, L.P. Prior to joining Arsenal Capital Partners in 2000, he was a Principal at Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P., where he invested in manufacturing, services, and media companies. While at Thomas H. Lee, Mullen had a leading role in growth buyout investments with a total equity value of $700 million and enterprise values of over $1.8 billion. Mullen also worked in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley & Co. He served as Managing Director of Morgan Stanley. He served as Managing Director, Strategic Development of SupplierMarket.com, Inc. since March 2000. He serves as a Member of Board of Managers at KGS-Alpha Capital Markets LP. Mullen serves on the Boards of DG3 Holdings, Interdynamics, Inc., Printing Solutions Holdings, and Source Refrigeration & HVAC. He previously served on the boards of Renaissance Mark, IDQ Holdings, Rutherford Chemicals Holdings, Sermatech International Holdings, TallyGenicom Holdings, and Priority Solutions. Mullen received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.B.A. in Finance and Economics from the University of Notre Dame. Jay Coogan Partner Duane Morris John M. ("Jay") Coogan, Jr. is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group in the Philadelphia office of Duane Morris LLP. Coogan counsels publicly-held and private companies and private equity and other investment firms in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, venture capital financings and the establishment of startup enterprises and emerging businesses. Coogan’s clients invest in and operate enterprises across a wide variety of industries, including technology, business services, energy and consumer products. As an adjunct member of the Duane Morris Health Law Practice Group, he also advises non-profit and for-profit healthcare enterprises in business and regulatory matters. Coogan is a 1985 magna cum laude graduate of Tulane University School of Law, where he was awarded the Dean's Medal and elected to the Order of the Coif, and a graduate of Vanderbilt University. He also served as clerk to Justice Andrew G.T. Moore II of the Supreme Court of the State of Delaware.
