Bloog® Announces Start of Bloog® Around the World Photo Contest

Feb. 27, 2012 - PRLog -- Electronic cigarette manufacturer launches photo contest, encourages smokers to switch to e-cigs!  

Marlboro, NJ – Providing tobacco smokers with an alternative to traditional smoking is one of Bloog®’s founding principles. As a result, education and raising awareness of smoking options is a major part of Bloog®’s daily operations. At Bloog we love the smoker, but hate the smoke; so it is critical we help our friends and family learn about the new choices they have to evolve from tobacco smoking products. Making a choice and the transition to an electronic cigarette is more a life style change than a physical change. Most smokers are new to electronic cigarettes and how they work and we want them to feel comfortable in the transition. Former smoking peers are clearly the best sales people of switching to electronic cigarettes by showing that change is easy and seamless at the same time.  As a result Bloog® chose to take electronic cigarette vaping global, by launching the industry’s first “Around the World Photo Contest”.

What is the Bloog® Around the World Photo Contest all about? It’s an opportunity for people to learn more about the e-cig industry and how it can change their lives! For Bloog® Vapers, we encourage you to take pictures enjoying Bloog® products and showing the first reactions of those initially exposed to Bloog e-cigs! Let’s make it exciting, so we encourage Bloog Vapers to take photos in front of landmarks; in exotic locations; with celebrities; in unusual poses; in patriotic settings; or showing their artistic side by creating their own Bloog photo artwork. The best use of the Bloog® brand and Bloog® products wins a 6 month supply of Bloog® Cartomizers. “The contest will be held on Facebook and the voting will be done by our Customers and Fans,” said Bloog® founder Mike Coughlin, “We felt this would be the fastest way to spread the word and get former smokers, now Bloogers, to encourage their friends to vote for them and continue to raise awareness of the smoke free opportunities that Bloog offers.”

The contest starts on February 21, 2012 at 3:00 PM EST and every first-time entry, who provides Bloog® with their mailing address, will be sent a FREE Bloog® Baseball Cap to use in other photos. There is no limit to the number of entries a contestant may submit. The contest voting will open starting on February 22, 2012 at 1:00pm EST and there is no limit to the number of votes a person may submit during the contest. The contest voting will end on Thursday, May 31, 2012 at 11:59pm EST. And the Winner will be announced on Monday, June 4, 2012.
