Feb. 26, 2012 - PRLog -- In news that will only further indicate to prospective Cayman investors the continuing popularity and development of Caribbean land, a series of renovations have been carried out on the Seven Mile Beach property, Casa Caribe Condominiums, as reported by Crown World (http://www.crownworld.com).
General manager Effie Mitchell-Johnson confirmed that the entire front and back offices of the property had been significantly refurbished. She stated that a new desk and other furniture had been introduced as part of a new layout, in addition to the rooms receiving a new lick of paint.
She said that the work, which took around three months, also involved a new glass entrance to enhance the property’s functionality and aesthetics, which presents its most obvious benefits in the form of an improved guest experience. Indeed, Mitchell-Johnson affirmed that around 9 per cent of the property’s guests were repeat visitors, and that they therefore appreciated improvements.
Casa Caribe Condominiums is a low density complex that consists of 24 privately-owned condominiums, of which only 16 units are available for rent. As one of the many land investments on Grand Cayman Island, the project consists of three bedroom oceanfront and ocean view villas that can be rented on a monthly, weekly or nightly basis, although Mitchell-Johnson said that the property’s owners were also enthused by the changes, often improving their own units in response.
The new enhancements also include brand new linens, including sheets and towels, in every unit, with Mitchell-Johnson noting the importance of continually enhancing the complex in the light of competition from other properties on the market.
Indeed, what the general manager had to say augured extremely well for the prospects of other land investments Cayman Islands, as she stated that Casa Caribe Condominiums had seen 20 per cent more business in 2011, with an increase of 25 to 30 per cent being projected for this year.
In further good news for those with an interest in land investments in Grand Cayman, Mitchell-Johnson added that although in past years there had been a high season cut-off on 15 April, the figures were now also looking good for June, July and August.
