Phobias and Past Lives, What Are You Afraid of?

"I was excited to share my experience with phobias and past lives with listeners on the radio because I know there are people out there who have no idea why they feel the way they do about a variety of different things. Some people have a fear of water, for others it is more of a phobia, " said Mark from his Dallas, Texas office. "Other phobias that are commonly related to past lives include a fear of flying, claustrophobia, and even a fear of starving to death, which often causes a person to be overweight, " he continued.

As Mark discusses in the interview, it is possible to release the effects from the past life experience so that the phobia no longer affects you. It can even be a simple as going back and exploring the past lifetime and seeing what happened. "Quite often I have found that even if I do provide any release from the effects of the past life experience, the client's subconscious mind will be able to understand that the root cause of the problem is from the past, and it belongs in the past and it will leave it in the past, " said Mark. "Although that is quite possible, I do provide assistance in terms of releasing the effects while the client is still in hypnosis, just to be sure that there will be no further affect from the last lifetime, " he added.
