Beloved Honored with Three ADDY® Awards

Feb. 20, 2012 - PRLog -- ORLANDO, FLORIDA - Beloved, a full-service marketing and advertising agency based in Orlando, Florida, was honored with three ADDY® Awards at the recent American Advertising Federation-Orlando ADDY® Awards Gala held at the Abbey and the Mezz in downtown Orlando.

Beloved’s campaign for the newly-rebranded Barnie’s CoffeeKitchen captured two Silver awards at AAF-Orlando’s ADDY® Awards Gala. The brand campaign included new work for the Orlando-based coffee company, including branding, identity, logo, hot and cold cup designs, shopping bags, advertisements, e-newsletters, and nationally-distributed retail packaging for the brand.
             
The third Silver award was presented to Beloved in the Corporate Identity ­– Stationery category for its innovative Fascination Cards for celebrated, Orlando-based public speaker and author, Sally Hogshead. The interactive cards invite recipients to open a pull-tab in answer to a question, with answers inside the tabs corresponding with principles in Hogshead’s best-selling book, Fascinate.

In addition to its recent ADDY® Awards success, President and CEO, Wágner dos Santos, and Chief Creative Officer, Rosemary Oldendorf, were invited to judge the Tallahassee and Fort Lauderdale ADDY® Awards, respectively.

Attracting nearly 60,000 entries each year nationwide, the ADDY® awards have become the nation’s largest and most comprehensive advertising competition. The ADDY® awards originated in the 4th District in 1960 and became a three-tiered National competition in 1968.

Sponsored by the AAF, the awards honor excellence in advertising and cultivate the highest creative standards in the industry. Each fall, the competition begins with contests in the nation’s 200+ AAF member clubs, where entries must be submitted and judged to be eligible for the ADDY® process. Local winners proceed to 15 regional competitions, and those winners, to the national finals.
