The Health and Social Care Bill makes Health and Wellbeing Boards responsible for commissioning care and improving democratic decision making at a local level. Following the establishment of shadow boards last year, Capita’s 2nd Implementing Health and Wellbeing Boards Conference explores the steps that must be taken to have fully functioning boards in place by the deadline of April 2013.
