Jeff Seberg hired as new CFO for Aardex LLC

            Aardex LLC announces a New Partner

(Golden, CO – January 24, 2012)  Aardex LLC, a nationwide, full service developer, construction
manager  and property services firm, today, announced that as part of the restructuring of Aardex LLC
(formerly  Aardex Corporation LLC) Jeff Seberg has rejoined and invested in the firm and will serve as the CFO.

Mr. Seberg will oversee financing, accounting, and operations and report to Chief Executive Officer
Chris Ernst. “I am truly excited about my partnership with Chris. Chris has a very unique vision for the company and I believe in Aardex’s continuing success.”

As a result, of the Aardex history  we were  focused on developing and managing buildings from an owner’s perspective; to maximize NOI. With the advent of the ownership change at Aardex LLC, we are now able to provide services from development to tenant improvement build-out, in addition to property management services that are not owned by 3rd parties.

Jeff has spent 25 years in the real estate industry. He has a unique background in securing financing agreements, reporting, strategic partnerships, developing lines of credit and regulatory compliance, as well as acquisitions. “I look forward to deepening our relationships with lenders  and equity sources and developing new relationships” states Seberg. Jeff also has more than 20 years experience in streamlining operations to provide cost effective, client driven operations. He is a past member of the Board of Directors for Centennial Bank NA and a member of several professional organizations.
