Thomas W. Werner Named Associate At Maddin, Hauser, Wartell, Roth & Heller, P.C.

Feb. 2, 2012 - PRLog -- Maddin, Hauser, Wartell, Roth & Heller, P.C., (www.maddinhauser.com) a Southfield, Michigan-based law firm, has named Thomas W. Werner an associate attorney in its Defense and Insurance Coverage Litigation Group.

Werner specializes in civil litigation, including professional liability, insurance coverage, product liability and commercial litigation, as well as appellate advocacy.  Prior to joining Maddin Hauser, he concentrated his practice on commercial litigation, insurance coverage and defense of product liability actions throughout the United States.

He earned his Juris Doctorate , with honors, from the Indiana University School of Law in 2004.  There, he served as the notes and comments editor for the Federal Communications Law Journal and as clerk to the City of Bloomington Legal Department, where he aided in municipal litigation before several courts, including the Indiana Supreme Court.  

Werner is admitted to practice in Michigan and before the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Michigan, Western District of Michigan, Western District of Pennsylvania and Northern District of Indiana.
   
Werner has been twice published and has made several presentations on how to communicate and draft contracts in order to avoid litigation.  He resides in West Bloomfield.
