Jan. 19, 2012 - PRLog -- Aim Group, one of the North of England’s largest providers of motor and family legal cover, has launched a powerful online portal set to transform the support it is able to offer the UK’s intermediary market.

Built in-house from scratch and released through recently created specialist division Aim Core Protect, which focuses exclusively on the needs of intermediaries nationwide, the free to use system allows brokers of all sizes to broaden and enhance their offers, improving efficiency and service levels and increasing revenue streams effortlessly.

After logging into the portal via an encrypted online gateway, brokers can browse policies and documentation relating to almost 50 different types of traditional and more innovative motor, family, home, personal, legal and landlord cover, as well as associated non-insurance products – all recently benchmarked against the very best the UK’s insurance market has to offer. Navigating through the system is simplicity itself with intuitive commands belying the rich array of functions created by brokers, for brokers.

Purchases can be completed online with cover certificates available immediately to clients electronically. And, once populated, the system retains customer data allowing for rapid policy updates and amendments as well as automatic policy renewals via what effectively becomes a comprehensive contact management tool that enables any size of intermediary business to do more business.

After researching customer requirements, the system’s designers built and tailored every module to exacting standards, ensuring they improved on every aspect of any potentially competing off-the-shelf products. The online system speeds up sales cycles, improves communication with clients and offers greater opportunities for cross-selling. It enables brokers to manage margins up and down according to individual circumstances and establishes new ways for them to earn income, delivering unparalleled support in the process.
