Acclaim Legal Services Participates in ICLE Bankruptcy Core Concepts Training

Jan. 10, 2012 - PRLog -- The Institute of Continuing Legal Education (ICLE), a leading provider legal education in Michigan, has chosen Attorney Christopher Jones of Acclaim Legal Services as a presenter at their “Bankruptcy Core Concepts Training.”

ICLE harnesses the wisdom of Michigan’s leading practitioners to provide how-to solutions and practical tools to its members.  In January 2012, ICLE will be presenting a seminar on “The Basics of Chapter 13 Bankruptcy” in Plymouth, Michigan.  ICLE seminars address the practice problems and challenges that Michigan lawyers face.  They are presented by acclaimed Michigan lawyers and nationally renowned experts.

Christopher W. Jones has specialized in representing debtors in both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 consumer bankruptcy cases since 2005 when he joined Acclaim Legal Services. He has also gained experience working on behalf of borrowers in non-bankruptcy contexts such as loan workouts and settlement negotiations. A member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Consumer Bankruptcy Association, Mr. Jones is admitted to practice in the courts of the state of Michigan and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
