Critical Missing San Diego Sheriff's Deputy and Veteran

Jan. 9, 2012 - PRLog -- We need your help! Retired San Diego Sheriff’s Deputy and Veteran, Larry Everett Starks is critically missing. Larry has schizophrenia and other medical conditions. He is in desperate need of a doctor’s care and his medication.

On January 5th, 2012, he was found homeless and unable to walk in Downey. Kind employees of a local restaurant called for medical assistance. He was then taken to Kaiser Hospital in Downey. He was released the next day on Friday the 6th and has not been seen since.

He told his hospital social worker that he frequents the Norwalk Square, Montebello, Downey, Whittier and surrounding cities. He also mentioned that he would like to find his children and his family but that he had lost all of their contact information. His family has since been located and is now asking for your help. Have you seen this man?

Larry is 69 years old, 6’2, African-American, Male, approximately 225-250 pounds. He has a full salt & pepper colored beard and hair with balding at the top. He was last seen wearing a blue sweat suit and a dark colored wind breaker.
