Daphne Guinness Using Nail Polish on Lips

“She is one of the—if not the—most stylish women living,” says designer Tom Ford, speaking of Daphne Guinness. She is well known for the way she uses fashion to transform herself. Daphne Guinness is also an inspiration to designers because of her original personal style.
In an new interview to promote a collaboration with MAC she sais she’s using nail polish to colour her lips. 'Yesterday I was using nail polish as lipstick. It's just experiment after experiment,' she told StyleList.
Did she use nail polish remover?  As there isn’t  any other way to get it off unless you just leave it be and it will come off on its own eventually.
Rachel Wood, celebrity make-up artist confessed to MailOnline that she wasn't convinced by Ms Guinness' choice of lipstick: 'As far as nail polish goes...I'm not sold on using it for the lips.  First of all most polishes contain fomaldehyde, not a substance I would suggest to ingest.'
The brewery heiress is known for her signature sky-high platform shoes and eccentric designer garments. New York's Fashion Institute of Technology is hosting an exhibition of her wardrobe which consists of over 3,000 garments and accessories, of which 100 are now on display until January 2012.
Her goal for the exhibition at the Museum at FIT is to inspire the next generation of designers and ensure that they understand the importance of being true to themselves and their work.
