Court Ave. in downtown Orlando.

Christopher G. Hurn, president of Mercantile Capital Corporation, said the firm’s new 9,000 square foot office is almost 23 percent larger than the former Altamonte Springs headquarters the firm opened eight years ago, and will allow for future expansion.

Since 2003, Mercantile Capital has closed 366 SBA 504 loans that financed projects valued at more than $732.9 million in 33 states, including Florida, as well as the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.

Mercantile specializes in commercial property financing for owners of small and mid-sized businesses who want to acquire or enhance their own facilities, with up to 90 percent loan-to-cost financing.
