Canton, MA Median Home Prices Rise While Sales Fall November 2011

Feb. 8, 2012 - PRLog -- The median price of homes in Canton, Massachusetts increased as sales decreased in November 2011, according to data analyzed by Buyers Brokers Only LLC (http://www.buyersbrokersonly.com), an exclusive buyer agent real estate brokerage firm.

The median price of single-family homes increased 11.4 percent in November 2011 compared to the previous year, a difference of $39,250.  Single-family home sales dropped 20 percent in November 2011, a difference of two sales compared to November 2010.

The median price of condos increased 62 percent in November 2011, a difference of $111,000 compared to November 2010. Condominium sales in Canton, MA dropped 16.7 percent in November 2011, a difference of only one sale compared to November 2010.
