U.S. Secret Service Uses NESTA’s Speed Agility and Quickness Specialist Training to Train Agents
Now used by the U.S. Secret Service for training agents, the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association’s (NESTA) online speed agility and quickness training focuses on speed, strength and agility for athletes of all levels.

The Speed Agility and Quickness program is designed for fitness professionals interested in expanding their careers as well as athletes looking to improve performance, including trainers and coaches who work with athletes in sports such as basketball, volleyball, football, soccer, track and field and martial arts. The online program teaches participants how to create comprehensive speed agility and quickness programs with little or no equipment while using advanced training tools.

While a personal training background is recommended for the Speed Agility and Quickness online training, the only prerequisite is basic knowledge of human anatomy.
