Wendy Kaplan Named Eastern Region Manager for Feelux, Inc.
Wendy Kaplan has been appointed Eastern Region Manager for Feelux, the 36-year-old manufacturer of seamless linear T5 and LED energy-conserving architectural and commercial indoor lighting systems.
Wendy will be working closely with Feelux-affiliated independent professional lighting industry sales representatives, specifiers and agencies in the Eastern Region, to acquaint them on new LED and other proprietary Feelux architectural lighting solutions. She is accustomed to writing accurate specifications, training rep agency sales forces and design staffs of lighting, architectural and interior-design firms in the newest energy-saving commercial lighting techniques and methods.
Wendy was educated at the University of South Carolina. She is a graduate of numerous professional lighting industry courses and seminars and is very active in many industry associations. She is currently serving on the board of the Designers Lighting Forum of New York (DLFNY), and a committee member of LEDucation and Lighting311.org. She has served as a Secretary of the IESNYC Chapter and former Chair of the Lumen Journal among many other projects and committees.
