APT to Expand TAFMER Distribution Channels in GCC and CIS regions

Dec. 14, 2011 - PRLog -- Advanced Polymer Trading (APT), an international trading company specialising in the world wide trade of rubber, plastics and petrochemicals, is to expand its marketing, sales and distribution efforts
for Mitsui's TAFMER range of products in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), as well as in Iraq, Pakistan and Afghanistan.

TAFMER is a low crystalline or non-crystalline Alpha-Olefin copolymers developed by Mitsui Chemicals, Inc. using metollocene catalyst and advanced Zigler-Natta catalyst technologies. TAFMER is used as an additive to be blended with polyethylene, polypropylene and other thermoplastics like EVA to improve its physical properties. In addition, TAFMER can be used as a base resin for flexible moulding material. TAFMER is used in a broad range of industries including automotive parts, packaging materials, civil engineering and building materials, sports goods, stationery, toys and household goods.
