Frank Buonanotte - Executive Profile

Dec. 8, 2011 - PRLog -- Frank Buonanotte is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Honeymark International which is an importer of Manuka honey and a manufacturer of Manuka honey products.  Manuka honey is a special type of honey from New Zealand that has been found to have extraordinary healing properties, more so than any other honey in the world.  

Manuka honey is being used worldwide for the medical treatment of health conditions such as stomach ulcers, acid reflux disease, irritable bowel syndrome, gastrointestinal disorders, ulcerative colitis, etc.  It can also be used to treat a wide range of skin conditions such as acne, eczema, wrinkles, ringworm, wounds, burns and bacterial infections.  Among Manuka honey’s many accolades is its ability to eradicate antibiotic-resistant strains of bacteria that cause potentially life-threatening infections such as MRSA and VRE.

Prior to founding Honeymark, Buonanotte was the CEO of Crossings Recovery Centers which was the largest provider of outpatient substance abuse treatment on Long Island.  Under Buonanotte’s control, Crossings expanded to 9 clinics and 8 residential facilities spanning over both Nassau and Suffolk Counties.  At its peak, Crossings treated over 1500 patients at any given time, employing over 160 people.

In addition, Buonanotte has run other business ventures from a franchise based out of Rockefeller Center in New York City to various internet business entities.
