Single-family median homes prices fell 12 percent in October 2011 compared to the previous year, a difference of $32,000. Single- In October 2011, the median price of condominiums decreased 22.6 percent, or $38,500 compared to October 2010. Condo sales fell 7.1 percent in October 2011, a difference of just one sale. The median price of multi-family homes in Haverhill, MA fell 1.3 percent, a difference of only $2,000 compared to October 2010. Multi-family home sales actually increased in October 2011, rising 83.3 percent, a difference of five sales compared to October 2010.
