Milani.  Members of the program are top level executives and others who directly report to a company’s chief executive.

The recipients of the award contributed to the CEO and the growth of their company, were open to feedback and coaching, implemented ideas gathered from their meetings,  and supported and helped his or her KEY group and the program in general.

A resident of Novi, Nicolas E. Milani is the vice president of marketing and business development for Havis, Inc., a manufacturer of mobile office solutions.  He also serves on the board of directors of Push International, and is a member of the American Press Association.   Milani received his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Western Michigan University in 2003.
