NetCom Learning has hired two new marketing managers to focus on marketing initiatives, such as online performance and product specific marketing, in an effort to capture market share from its competitors.

The additions are part of the organization’s overall expansion plans and a response to its recent exponential financial growth.

“Our Marketing Department is already one of our strongest departments. I believe the addition of these two highly talented individuals, who have strong academic backgrounds and prior marketing, technical and design skills will make the department even stronger,” Sarder said.

The new team members will focus on unveiling new marketing initiatives and increase the targeted product specific marketing. They will also help boost the organization’s online presence by redesigning the website to improve the ease of navigation, incorporate effective SEO measures to improve search engine ranking and increase social media activities.
