Albanian Minerals President and CEO  said that "Copper demand in China and India to increase and copper orders are up in China and India in 2011".

China's copper users  have been purchasing copper for a couple of months, and warehouses were close to empty in November, 2011
Albanian Minerals CEO Sahit Muja said that "China has used from reserves about 1 million tonnes of copper in 2011 to decrease the prices.

Copper imports by China , the biggest user, climbed in 2011 as buying of the metal in London and selling in Shanghai increased ahead of an rise in demand.

Demand for the copper used in cables and wires usually increase in this  period after China’s summer, when tight electricity supplies limit use by fabricators and end-consumers.
A further gain in  copper shipments to China would support copper prices in London, where the copper prices has fallen.
