Six Honors for Tendril Press Titles from USA Book News "Best Book" Awards

Tendril Pres honored in multiple categories at USA Book News “Best Books” 2011 Awards. The announcement came late Tuesday from, a premiere online magazine and review website for mainstream and independent publishing houses.
Nov. 5, 2011 - PRLog -- Karin Hoffman, Founder of Tendril Press commented, “I am excited and very pleased for the authors of  these honored titles. Although many are first time authors, they are experts in their field, very passionate about their message and are emerging talent in their craft. They worked hard to write their manuscripts for their audience and we have wisely selected them from our large pool of submissions, then proceeded to carefully edit, coach, design, package and publish those manuscripts to become these well deserved award winning books. We are honored that more than 80% of our titles are award winners, with many winning multiple awards.”

According to President and CEO of USA Book News, “this year’s contest yielded an unprecedented number of entries.” He went on to say that “winners and finalists traversed the publishing landscape: Simon & Schuster, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, McGraw-Hill, John Wiley & Sons and hundreds of independent houses.”
