The Nov. 8 webinar is the third of a live four-part series that will provide an interactive look at ITIL, also known as the IT Infrastructure Library
The webinar will quickly recap ITIL and the ITIL certification program before continuing with Steps 4 and 5 of the “V3 Service Lifecycle: Service Design and Service Transition.”
