GDKF Transformer Load and Noload Tester

GDKF is a full automatic tester for load characteristic testing of power transformer. It is small, light and easy to use. Large size LCD used to display the test result. All the test result can be saved in the tester and printed by the micro-printer internal the tester.  

                                                                               

1.2 Function
1)      RMS value measurement for ,  and
2)      Compute the RMS value for ,  and  based on average value of the three voltage
3)      Current measurement for ,  and
4)      No load losses and Load losses measurement
5)      Excitation current in no load condition
6)      Impedance voltage
7)      Impedance in short current
8)      Test range from 30KVA to 2.5MVA in single unit.
9)      Add PT and CT in separate for the tester will extend its test range.



1.3 Technique Index
1)      Measurement range for current is 0.1A to 60A. The maximum error are less then 0.3%
2)      Measurement range for voltage is 50V to 500V. The maximum error are less then 0.3%
3)      The maximum error for power measurement are less then 0.2%
4)      The maximum error for frequency of output voltage is less then 0.2%
5)      Power supply AC220V/50Hz±10%
