D’lites Ice Cream Chain adds Mid-Atlantic Territory Developer

Oct. 24, 2011 - PRLog -- D’lites Ice Cream Shops announced that it has finalized an agreement with Emilio (Mel) Chiodo of Annapolis, MD to serve as Territory Developer for the Maryland, DC and Delaware region.
 
As Territory Developer, Mr. Chiodo will serve as the company's key contact in the Mid-Atlantic region of the US. Mr. Chiodo will oversee new store development and provide comprehensive assistance to new D'Lites Ice Cream Shop owners in the Mid-Atlantic region.
 
Mr. Chiodo brings over 30 years of experience in the commercial tenant fit-out business and in the management and business development of a wide range of planning, engineering and architectural projects throughout the southern and mid- Atlantic states. Mr. Chiodo’s business experience and projects span many industries and includes the modification of Popeye’s Chicken and Biscuits restaurants for a major Pennsylvania multiple franchise operation.
