iTop Agent Now Available on the iPhone App Store

Oct. 19, 2011 - PRLog -- NTI is pleased to introduce iTopAgent, a database app for the iPhone that tracks real estate agents buyers, listings and business contacts.  iTopAgent is available today on the Apple iPhone App Store.  This app will work on the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad (in the iPhone mode).

iTopAgent is one of the only apps currently available for the use of real estate agents.  This app is easy to use and allows real estate agents to have all their current information readily available on their iPhone.  

iTopAgent is a simple app with three main sections of buyers, listings and business contacts.  Along with these main sections, agents also have access to buyers and listings to-do lists - which is a comprised list of all to-dos, a list of favorite sites - for easy access to sites visited often and a quick search for dialing phone numbers.  iTopAgent with automatically open the iPhone dialer and call contacts from within the app when prompted.  Contacts can also be emailed from within iTopAgent.  

In the buyer section of this app, agents can enter each buyer individually along with that buyer’s particular interests.  Agents will have access to each buyer’s contact information, what they are looking for, what they have shown that buyer, escrow information and a to-do list for that buyer.  

The listings section of this app allows agents to track all their current listings.  They will be able to enter their listing information, details of the listing, features, showing instructions for the listing, escrow information and a to-do list for that listing.  Pictures taken directly with the iphone can also be added to the listing.  iTopAgent also links the listing address to Googlemaps.  

iTop Agent also provides a business contacts section.  In this section, agents can enter all their business contacts in an easy to find list.

iTopAgent is now available on the app store for only $14.99 with no monthly/yearly fees and no upgrade fee for features.  The app also works on the iPad in a reduced size.
