TenXLabs Acquires Minerva HR Software from Ma Foi Randstad

Oct. 15, 2011 - PRLog -- TenXLabs, a provider of innovative frugal engineering solutions, and Ma Foi Randstad, a leading HR Services provider, announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which TenXLabs will acquire its market leading talent management solution Minerva HR Suite. Under this agreement the R&D, professional services and sales team supporting the software product, will now become part of TenXLabs. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Minerva HR Suite, a world class HRMS solution, is designed to house all information pertaining to every employee in an organization from recruitment to retirals. The product has more than 60 customers globally across diverse industry segments that have gained positive ROI from their Minerva deployment. The product suite will become a key part of TenXLabs' product suite to deliver highly optimized end-to-end talent management solution to its customers.
