WorkTech to Present Seminar on Labor KPIs at 2011 FMMUG

WorkTech Vice President of Sales and Marketing Mike Gondek will lead an interactive seminar that explores different labor metrics that organizations can use to maximize their Maximo implementations. With labor costs for both employees and contractors consuming a significant portion of project expenses, WorkTech will discuss not only which metrics are the most important, but how to efficiently track and analyze these metrics. According to Gondek, "one of the challenges of managing labor costs on projects is that the data is oftentimes only available well after the labor has been performed. In order for organizations to increase their profitability, they need to close the gap between when the labor was performed and when management reviews the labor charges so that corrective action can take place before projects get too far off track." Gondek will be joined in his presentation by Will Hampton of Exxtreme Consulting, who will discuss labor entry in Maximo, and different methodologies to accomplish that task most efficiently.
