Unprecedented Concert Event Gives Couples New Idea For Date Night

Sept. 27, 2011 - PRLog -- Couples, especially those of the baby-boomer generation, used to make a date night out of dinner and superior live music. Becoming increasingly frustrated with manufactured acts of today, they are hungry for great concerts in intimate settings like those so revered years ago. Nashville Unleashed with Jack & Diane satisfies that hunger combining arena-caliber talent with a living-room-vibe.

On Saturday evening, November 12th, Nashville Unleashed will present an intimate concert event at the historic King and Prince Resort, located at 201 Arnold Road, St. Simons Island, Georgia. The concert will take place in the infamous Delegal room, which boasts a panoramic, candlelit, ocean view. Tickets are $40 and include the concert, gourmet dessert bar and coffee/tea. Specialty cocktails, wine/spirits will be available separately for purchase. Doors open at 7pm. Concert starts at 8pm.  

A traveling acoustic show featuring Nashville's finest performing songwriters, Jack & Diane and their Roster of Artists give listeners an up-close-and-personal experience that resonates long after the show is over.

There is something for everyone. The men identify with things like Jack’s vintage lap steel guitar, the set made from shiny Harley pieces and his sarcastic banter with the boys. The women identify with Diane’s romantic side, her charisma, and her ability to gracefully put up with Jack!!!

Jack & Diane’s life plays out like a song we all know so well. As a married couple, the combination of their music and love for one another immediately resonates with an audience. Most refer to their music as a “bluesy, more soulful style of country”. With her heaviest vocal influences being Artists like Bonnie Raitt and Stevie Nicks, one announcer told an audience that “Diane’s voice is as smooth as warm butter”.

Jack, who formerly toured with Artists like George Thorogood and Brian Setzer, is revered as a tasteful and impressive guitar player/multi-instrumentalist. He is known for his unconventional approach, especially to lap steel and mandolin. Both long-time performing, recording, and songwriting veterans, Jack & Diane simply have the ability to capture the hearts of their listeners and endear people to themselves.

Jack & Diane have cultivated relationships with fellow Nashville Artists that now make up their official Nashville Unleashed Roster. These Artists meet a high criteria of mass appeal, superior musicianship, impeccable songwriting skills, proven ability to entertain live, strength of character and integrity.
